At Ioanna Custom Sewing, LLC, each garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because our pieces are created to order and often made-to-measure, we kindly ask that you review the policies below before placing your order.

Custom Garments & Special Orders

Ὅλα τὰ εἴδη εἶναι εἰδικὴ παραγγελία καὶ τελικὴ πώληση. Αὐτὰ τὰ κομμάτια δημιουργοῦνται εἰδικὰ γιὰ ἐσᾶς, σύμφωνα μὲ τὶς μετρήσεις σας, τὶς ἐπιλογὲς ὑφάσματος καὶ τὶς ἐγκεκριμένες λεπτομέρειες τοῦ σχεδίου καὶ, ὡς ἐκ τούτου, δὲν μποροῦν νὰ ἐπιστραφοῦν καὶ δὲν εἶναι δυνατὴ ἡ ἐπιστροφὴ χρημάτων μετὰ τὴν ἔναρξη τῆς ἐργασίας ἢ τὴν ἀγορά τῶν ὑλικῶν.

Payment Requirements

Full payment is required upfront to begin any custom project. No materials will be purchased, and no work will begin until payment is received in full. This ensures timely ordering of fabrics and allows your project to be placed into the production schedule without delay.

Order Cancellations

Because each project requires dedicated time and materials, if the client cancels before materials are purchased, a 75% refund of the full payment may be issued. If the client cancels after materials have been purchased or work has begun, the payment is non-refundable.

Fit Adjustments

Your comfort and modesty matter to us. Complimentary minor adjustments are offered within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Adjustments requested after this window, or changes beyond the original design, may incur additional fees.

Ἐγγύηση Χειροτεχνίας

Ἐγγυώμαστε τὴν ποιότητα τῆς κατασκευῆς τῶν προϊόντων μας. Ἐὰν παρατηρήσετε κάποιο πρόβλημα, ὅπως, γιὰ παράδειγμα, πρόβλημα στὴ ραφὴ ἢ στὴν κατασκευή, ἐντὸς 30 ἡμερῶν, παρακαλοῦμε ἐπικοινωνῆστε μαζί μας. Οἱ ἐπισκευὲς γιὰ προβλήματα κατασκευῆς θὰ γίνονται χωρὶς κόστος, ἐφόσον τὸ πρόβλημα δὲν ὀφείλεται σὲ φυσιολογικὴ φθορά, κακὴ χρήση ἢ πλύσιμο.

Μετρήσεις

Accurate measurements are essential for a proper fit. When measurements are taken by Ioanna Custom Sewing, LLC, we will make every effort to achieve the intended fit. If client-provided measurements are incorrect or incomplete, any necessary alterations may incur additional charges. Clients are encouraged to contact us with any questions about taking measurements or ensuring accuracy before submitting them, so we can help guide the process and prevent fit issues.

Ὑφάσματα ποὺ Παρέχονται ἀπὸ τὸν Πελάτη

Ἐὰν ἐπιλέξετε νὰ παρέχετε τὸ δικό σας ὕφασμα, δὲν μποροῦμε νὰ ἐγγυηθοῦμε τὶς ἰδιότητες καὶ τὴ συμπεριφορὰ τοῦ ὑφάσματος, συμπεριλαμβανομένης τῆς συρρίκνωσης, τῆς συμπεριφορᾶς τῆς βαφῆς, τῆς ἀνθεκτικότητας ἢ τῆς δομικῆς σταθερότητας. Ἐὰν τὸ ὕφασμα εἶναι ἐλαττωματικὸ ἢ ὑποστεῖ ζημιὰ λόγω τῆς ἴδιας τῆς φύσης του, δὲν μποροῦμε νὰ ἀναλάβουμε τὴν εὐθύνη γιὰ τὴν ἀντικατάστασή του.

Ἐγκρίσεις καὶ Ἀλλαγὲς στὸ Σχέδιο

Before work begins, clients must approve fabric selections, style and silhouette, length and fit preferences, and any custom elements or embellishments. Changes requested after approval may extend the timeline, require new materials, and incur additional costs.
